Enquiries are now ongoing to establish the identity of the deceased.
Father-of-three Tyron’s family has been informed.
James Sutcliffe, 28, of Hill Crest View, Denholme, has been charged with Tyron’s murder.
His father has now been rearrested and his mother arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Police blocked off Nab Water Lane to traffic as the search was undertaken - the road is still closed, with a solitary police car guarding the scene of the grim find on the bleak heathland.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said:”A 28-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder, while a 61-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
