walk bootsSouth Craven Walking 4 Health (SCW4H) have new programmes of 'health walks' for 2017.

The rambles are taking place on Monday and Thursday mornings.

Health walks are short walks, lasting about 90 minutes, and designed specifically for people who want to undertake some exercise for health reasons.

The walks take place in the villages south of Skipton and also in Silsden. The walks are followed by refreshments at a local village or church hall. All the walks are led by trained and experienced voluntary walk leaders.

The first Thursday walk will be on 5th January and the following week the Monday walks start on 9th January.

SCW4H is one of the 400+ health walk schemes in England supported by The Ramblers and Macmillan Cancer Care. For more information contact Andy Glen, Co-ordinator, 01535-632734, or email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
