Man Denies Shooting Tyron Charles
A man has denied shooting Tyron Charles whose body was found dumped on moorland above Oxenhope.
James Sutcliffe, 28, will be tried for the murder of the dad-of-three at Bradford Crown Court on 12 March, next year.
Appearing via video link from Hull Prison, Sutcliffe, of Hillcrest Road, Denholme, pleaded not guilty to the charge he killing Mr Charles, of Unity Street South, Bingley, between 5th and 17th September.
Members of Mr Charles’ family packed the public gallery for the 10 minute hearing.
The court heard Sutcliffe claims he has ‘no involvement’ in the murder of Mr Charles, 29, who died from a gunshot to the head.
