incineratorCampaigners fighting the construction of a waste to energy plant are to have their two days in court.
A Judicial Review into Bradford Council’s planning approval for the building of the incinerator at Marley will be held in Leeds on 15th and 16th January.

Pressure group Aire Valley Against Incineration (AVAI) wants to overturn the decision to allow Endless Energy Ltd to develop the site off the Aire Valley Bypass.
Opponents of the controversial application argue it will inflict harmful pollution on the Aire Valley and its surroundings, and will blight the landscape.
But applicant Endless Energy Ltd has said the facility will provide an environmentally-friendly form of energy, while conforming to strict European emissions standards.
